Six-nation talks on North Korean’s nuclear programme could resume in early February, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Losyukov has said. “Consultations between the United States and North Korea will continue and if they are in the same spirit as in Berlin, then we can expect six-party talks to start in February, possibly in the first half of February,” Losyukov was quoted by Interfax news agency as saying Monday.
