A bomb exploded outside a railway station in India’s restive northeastern Assam state on Sunday, injuring two people, a senior police official said. The explosive was hidden in a motorcycle in the parking area of the New Bongaigaon railway station in western Assam, 120 km (75 miles) west of the state’s main city, Guwahati, said the official who declined to be identified.
