Report: U.S., N.Korea to meet in Jan.
The United States and North Korea have provisionally agreed to hold talks on a dispute over U.S. financial restrictions against the communist regime in the week starting Jan. 22, South Korea’s foreign minister was quoted as saying Sunday. Song Min-soon made the remark after arriving from Washington, where he held talks with Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice on Friday, according to the Yonhap news agency. Full Story
