A Colombian senator being investigated for links to paramilitary militias was questioned by U.S. authorities and prevented from entering the country when he flew to Miami last week, officials said Tuesday. An official with the Colombian DAS intelligence agency said on condition of anonymity that Sen. Dieb Maloof had been barred entry to the U.S. and had his visa revoked.
