Europeans on Wednesday revised a draft U.N. resolution to soften proposed sanctions against Iran in an effort to get Russia’s support for the measure barring Tehran from importing dangerous nuclear materials. But Russia said there were still two or three provisions it wanted changed and hoped they could be resolved shortly. The United States said Washington was still studying the text. Full Story
