The Bush administration took action Tuesday to freeze financial accounts and assets of a naturalized British citizen for allegedly providing “material and logistical” support to al-Qaida and other terror groups. The action against Mohammed Al Ghabra means that any bank accounts or other financial assets belonging to him found in the United States must be frozen.
