Four Japanese opposition parties have submitted a no-confidence motion against Prime Minister Shinzo Abe’s cabinet in a bid to block the passage of key legislation. The motion, which was submitted to the lower house, is expected to be easily rejected later Friday by the ruling coalition, which has a comfortable majority in both the lower and upper houses.
