Two North Korean soldiers have been rescued by a South Korean patrol after drifting into the South’s waters in a small boat, a local news agency reported on Sunday. The soldiers were found off Sokcho, a South Korean city on the northeastern coast, late on Saturday and taken to a hospital, Yonhap News said, citing a government source.
