British investigators in Moscow probing the poisoning death of Alexander Litvinenko are poised to meet a key witness who had been with the former Russian spy on the day he fell fatally ill. Andrei Lugovoi, a former KGB agent and presidential security guard, was quoted by ITAR-TASS as saying he had been given medical clearance to meet the counter-terrorism officers who flew into the Russian capital on Monday.
