A bomb exploded in southwest Bhutan near the border with India Saturday, seriously injuring four people and shattering the calm of the isolated Himalayan kingdom, Bhutanese police said. The blast occurred at dawn Saturday in a market in Phuntsholing, a bustling town on the border between India and Bhutan. Three Indians were among the four people wounded, Superintendent of Police Lt. Col. Dorji Wangchuk said from the Bhutanese capital, Thimphu. Indian police said the three were evacuated to an Indian army hospital. Wangchuk said police are investigating the explosion. Full Story
