Former Russian spy Alexander Litvinenko, who last week died in a mysterious apparent poisoning, travelled to Israel weeks before his death to pass on a dossier investigating how the Kremlin took over Russian energy giant Yukos, The Times said today. The dossier, which contains evidence of the Russian government’s dealings with those running Yukos, will be presented to London’s Metropolitan Police today, the newspaper said. Full Story
