Shots Fired at Anti – U.N. Rally in Haiti

Gunfire rang out Saturday during a street protest by university students demanding the withdrawal of United Nations peacekeepers from Haiti, and witnesses said two demonstrators were wounded. About 100 protesters were marching through Port-au-Prince’s downtown when gunfire erupted, scattering demonstrators.
