According to Asharqalawsat, an Arabic newspaper based in Britian, Djibouti foreign minister Mohamood Ali Yusuf has revealed that his country decided to host the Somali reconciliation conference in Djibouti after East African and South African regional commercial summit currently taking place in his country ends.
