Prime Minister Surayud Chulanont has instructed the army to adjust the use of force in the South to respond correctly to the violence in different areas. Gen Surayud said he gave the instruction through army chief Sondhi Boonyaratkalin, who is to visit the restive region today. On Thursday, Interior Minister Aree Wongarya will inspect the region to gain first-hand information on the situation and give moral support to local authorities. Full Story
