Thailand’s ousted prime minister should not return home until after elections scheduled to be held a year from now because his reappearance could ignite clashes, the head of the country’s post-coup government said Sunday. Former Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra has been living in London, where he owns an apartment, since being deposed by a military coup in September.
