The South African air force, navy and sea rescue vessels were searching the country’s west coast for a tug boat carrying four crew that has been missing for two days, an official said on Sunday. “At midday on Friday the NSRI (National Sea Rescue Institute) was notified that a vessel was overdue at her next port of call in East London,” spokesman Craig Lambinon said.
