Russian President Vladimir Putin met with Iran’s top nuclear negotiator Saturday, indicating a strong Russian diplomatic push to get Iran to shift its position on its nuclear program. After the meeting, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov voiced hope for a quick resumption of international talks on Iran’s nuclear program, news reports said.
