A $5 million reward has been placed on the head of the right-wing Colombian warlord accused of killing his own brother in order to protect the group’s cocaine smuggling operations. The government said on Friday that it and the United States are offering the money to anyone who can help them locate Vicente Castano, who prosecutors say ordered the 2004 death of his brother and fellow militia founder Carlos Castano.
