Congolese Vice-President Jean-Pierre Bemba’s coalition said on Wednesday it had detected systematic cheating in partial results published from an Oct. 29 election run-off against President Joseph Kabila. Partial results trickling out so far have put Kabila ahead in a vote that took place amid heightened tensions after soldiers loyal to both candidates fought bloody battles in August following the first round.
