Throughout this long election season, voters have consistently identified the war in Iraq as the most serious problem facing the nation. But what are the politicians offering as a solution? Bush on Wednesday acknowledged that things were not going as well as he hoped in Iraq and he was adjusting tactics on the ground to deal with the continuing military and political problems there.
