President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has told Jordan’s King Abdullah II in telephone talks that Iran is seeking to boost ties with Arab states in the Middle East, the state news agency IRNA reported. “The Islamic Republic of Iran considers boosting bilateral and multilateral ties with Muslim nations, especially those in the region, as a priority of its foreign policy,” Ahmadinejad said Wednesday.
