Israeli troops shot and killed five Palestinians in the West Bank on Tuesday, including two militants and a 16-year-old boy who had been throwing stones at an army jeep, Palestinians said. In one of the shootings, a militant from the Al Aqsa Martyrs’ Brigades, linked to the Fatah movement of Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas, and his cousin were killed by Israeli undercover soldiers, Palestinian doctors and security officials said.
