CHARGES of violating immigration laws have been filed against Istiada Oemar Sovie, wife of Dulmatin, a member of Jemaah Islamiah, an organization of Islamic terrorists. Sovie and Dulmatin are Indonesians. Chairman Alipio Fernandez Jr. of the Bureau of Immigration said on Monday that the charges would pave the way for her deportation.
