A roadside bomb targeting the convoy of a government official killed four bystanders in Baghdad on Sunday, the spokesman for the Interior Ministry said. The official, who works in the financial department of the Interior Ministry, was traveling in the convoy but was not hurt went the explosion went off in eastern Baghdad, Brigadier Abdul Karim Khalaf said.
