South Korean leader arrives in Beijing for talks

South Korea’s president arrived Friday in Beijing to discuss possible sanctions against North Korea for its claimed nuclear test, as the U.N. Security Council weighed U.S. demands for tough penalties and Japan adopted a trade and travel ban.
