Japan’s Abe says can’t rule out N.Korea nuclear test

Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe said on Sunday the possibility that North Korea may conduct a nuclear test could not be ruled out. Abe was speaking after talks in Beijing with Chinese leaders, during which he said both countries agreed that it would be “unacceptable” for North Korea to go through with the test it said last week it was planning.
