High-level representatives from the United States, Britain, France, Germany, China and Russia will meet Friday in London to discuss what to do next about Iran’s refusal to suspend uranium enrichment, the Foreign Office said Thursday. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice and British Foreign Secretary Margaret Beckett will represent their nations, a spokesman for the office said. France, Germany, Russia and China will send high-level officials, the spokesman said, but he did not know whether they would be foreign ministers. Full Story
