A US man working alone offered on an Internet chat room to assist al-Qaeda plan attacks on pipelines and power plants in the United States, according to a grand jury indictment. Michael Reynolds, 48, sought money on an Internet chat group called “OBLCrew” (Osama bin Laden Crew) and also offered bomb making information to help plan attacks on US facilities, said the indictment filed Tuesday in a Pennsylvania district court.
