Russian Officers Return From Tbilisi

Georgia sought to defuse diplomatic tensions with Russia by allowing four military officers arrested on suspicion of espionage to return to Russia on Monday evening. The officers departed Tbilisi just before 8:00 p.m. on an Emergency Situations Ministry plane.
