A bomb exploded outside a hospital in the southern Turkish city of Mersin on Sunday, injuring three people, state-run Anatolian news agency reported police as saying. There was no immediate claim of responsibility for the blast, which occurred on the day the separatist Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK) launched a unilateral ceasefire in its 22-year conflict with the Turkish state.
