Venezuela’s Foreign Minister Nicholas Maduro said on Thursday the United States distinguished between “good” and “bad” terrorists, depending on their political leanings. In an address to the Security Council during a session on terrorism and comments to reporters afterwards, Maduro said the 15-member body should join his country in demanding the United States hand over an anti-Castro Cuban accused of planning the bombing of a Cuban airliner 30 years ago.
