Two alleged associates of Colombia’s leading rebel group pleaded guilty on Thursday to conspiring to distribute large quantities of cocaine in Miami, authorities said. The convictions of the men, who were extradited from Colombia earlier this year, are the first in the United States involving drug suspects linked to the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia, Alexander Acosta, the U.S. attorney for the Southern District of Florida, told reporters.
