Crucial peace talks between Nepal’s government and Maoist rebels have been postponed for 10 days amid wrangling over the future of the Himalayan nation, officials said. Both sides had been set to hold a second round of formal talks, but Prime Minister Girija Prasad Koirala and Maoist leader Prachanda only managed a brief meeting, during which they agreed on a new date.
