Death date set for Delhi jihadi

A COURT in New Delhi yesterday fixed dawn on October 20 for the hanging of the Kashmiri terrorist responsible for the devastating December 2001 attack on India’s parliament that brought the country to the brink of nuclear war with Pakistan. Special court judge Ravinder Kaur declared that Jaish-e-Mohammed terrorist group leader Mohammad Afzal should “hang by the neck till death at 0600 hours on October 20”.
