Two were injured when the house of Vakhid Mantsayev, the speaker of the Chechen parliament’s upper house, the Council of the Republic, came under fire in the village of Shelkovskoi. Mantsayev’s nephew Alikhan Talkhatov and his son Yusup suffered bullet wounds. Mantsayev was not in when fire was opened at his house, the Chechen Interior Ministry informed Interfax. Full Story
