A senior Nepali Maoist leader was rearrested immediately at the behest of another Indian state after being released from an Indian jail on Monday. Chandra Prakash Gajurel, 63, had been in a prison Chennai, where he was arrested in 2003, for using a forged passport to flee to Europe. He was also on the police wanted list in West Bengal on sedition charges. As soon as he was released in Chennai, he was rearrested and returned to the prison. Full Story
