Security officials warn Israeli vacationers to stay out of Sinai
Security officials warned on Tuesday of possible terror threats in Sinai, saying the caution against visiting the northern Egyptian area was at its highest. Elkana Har Nof, a member of the counter-terror unit, said the unit had decided to issue its warning in light of new intelligence regarding planned atempts to hurt Israeli vacationers in Sinai. The security official did give details of the planned attacks. The caution stipulates that Israelis should refrain from visiting Sinai and calls on all of the state’s nationals to leave Egypt immediately. Full Story
