A man arrested earlier this month in connection with what police say was an al Qaeda-inspired plot to attack Canadian targets was granted bail on Friday, a prosecution spokesman said. Ibrahim Aboud, 19, is one of 18 men charged with participating in a group that allegedly plotted attacks on targets in southern Ontario. He is the fifth suspect to be granted bail. Full Story
