Police in Indonesia announced the arrests on Wednesday of two men accused of using computer technology to aid terrorists in the world’s most populous Muslim nation. Agung Prabowo, 23, was accused of helping create a Web site that suggested ways to assassinate foreigners in the capital Jakarta, said Col.
