Textiles were found inside two shipping containers that a bomb-sniffing dog indicated could contain explosives, officials said Thursday. After the port terminal was evacuated Wednesday, a bomb squad used explosive charges to cut into the containers and then searched the contents at Terminal 18 south of downtown, a Port of Seattle spokesman said.
