A 25-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the delivery of an explosive device to the Labour Party headquarters in Cambridge. The device, sent in the post on 3 August, failed to detonate, but prompted police to issue a warning. A Cambridge man was arrested in the city on Wednesday morning and was being held at Parkside police station.
