Hundreds of followers of a radical Shiite cleric left a southern city Thursday to join a pro-Lebanon rally in Baghdad, the fount of the deepening enmity between Iraq’s Shiites and Sunnis. At least 13 people were killed or found dead in the latest sectarian and political violence in Iraq.
