Four more ministers resigned Tuesday from Somalia’s virtually powerless government, the latest blow to an administration that has watched helplessly as Islamic militants have taken over much of the country’s south. The move comes less than a week after 18 key lawmakers resigned from Prime Minister Mohammed Ali Gedi’s government in disgust, saying he has failed to pacify this chaotic nation.
