Attack Kills Four in Northern Iraqi Oil Center

Iraqis waiting in a long line of cars to buy gasoline in Kirkuk were hit by a car bomb Saturday afternoon, the sixth bombing this month in the increasingly violent hub of Iraq’s northern oil fields.
