A half-hour before he allegedly opened fire at a Jewish center Friday, killing a woman and wounding five others, Naveed Afzal Haq was stopped by a Seattle police officer for driving on a street closed to traffic. Haq’s demeanor aroused no suspicion, and the officer wrote him a ticket and let him go. Soon afterward, Seattle’s police chief said Saturday, Haq held a gun to the head of a 13-year-old girl to get inside the tightly secured Jewish Federation of Greater Seattle. Full Story
