Suspected Islamic militants killed a teenage girl and wounded 17 other people in two grenade attacks in Kashmir, police said, a day before a vist by India’s President. Shakeela Bano, 15, died and five of her relatives were hurt when a grenade was thrown in to their house in southern Doda district. “The attack took place early Thursday in the village of Masiri,” a police spokesman said in the state summer capital Srinagar on Thursday.
