A suspected rebel commander accused of staging over two dozen deadly attacks on tourists and other targets in Indian Kashmir has been arrested, police said. Police called the arrest a setback for militancy in Indian Kashmir, racked by an insurgency against New Delhi’s rule since 1989. Police identified the arrested man as Mudasir Gujari, alias Raju, and said he was a senior leader of dominant militant group Lashkar-e-Taiba. Full Story
