South Korea’s president on Wednesday condemned North Korea for potentially sparking an arms race with its recent missile launches, while the North said it was ending reunions between relatives separated by the Korean Peninsula divide. South Korean President Roh Moo-hyun said the missile launches increased tensions on the Korean Peninsula.
