Six members of the Taliban have been arrested on suspicion of responsibility for a spate of bomb attacks in the Afghan capital last week that killed one person and wounded nearly 50, police said on Thursday. Four small bombs aimed at government targets went off in Kabul on Tuesday and Wednesday last week, raising fears the Taliban, who have intensified attacks across the south and east, were bringing their campaign to the generally peaceful capital.
