Russia’s Supreme Court has overturned the sentence and ordered a retrial of a 21-year-old man who attacked worshippers at a Moscow synagogue in March. Aleksandr Koptsev had been convicted of attempted murder and sentenced to 13 years in prison for stabbing nine worshippers with a hunting knife. Full Story
